Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
Process:
1. Submit an exchange request online using your Order Number and Phone Number.
2. Exchange Charge:
• Home Delivery (Inside Dhaka: ৳100, Outside Dhaka: ৳150, extra items +৳30 each)
• Exchange from our Office (Free of charge)
3. Our team will review and approve your request.
4. For Home Delivery, the delivery team will pick up your product and deliver the new one.
Conditions:
• Exchanges are allowed for size/color issues or product defects only.
• Products must be returned in sellable condition; otherwise, the request will be declined.
• Customers are responsible for paying the exchange charge, except for defective products.
• Maximum 2 products can be exchanged under the standard fee; beyond this, extra charges apply.
• If the same product is not available, the customer can choose another product instead.
