Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Please note: This item is non-refundable; the return policy does not apply.
• Your Gift Card will be activated within 24 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
• Each Gift Card must be used in full in a single transaction. Multiple items can be purchased using one Gift Card. If your total bill exceeds the card’s value, you can pay the remaining amount by cash, digital payment, or card.
• Gift Cards are valid for 30 days from the activation date.
• Keep your Unique Voucher (Coupon) Code safe — do not share it with anyone other than the intended user.
• Vouchers can be redeemed by visiting our store or by shopping on our official website.
• Our brand is committed to resolving any genuine claims related to manufacturing defects or product issues.
• Each voucher (linked to a unique invoice number) can only be used once.
• Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• No coupon code will be applied when you purchase a Gift Card. If you add, we’ll remove it.
• Please note that no email communication will be sent during weekends (Friday & Saturday) or public holidays.
