Our Terms & Conditions

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within Dhaka City. For deliveries outside Dhaka, delivery charges must be paid in advance. Areas with home delivery service will be handled through Pathao courier service. All district towns are covered by home delivery.
  • Nationwide Delivery: We provide home delivery across Bangladesh. Note: Since courier companies are 3rd party service providers, delivery time largely depends on them.
  • Delivery Time: Within Dhaka: 3–4 days. Outside Dhaka: 6–7 days. Unexpected delays may occur due to courier or other reasons. These are unintentional, and we kindly ask for your patience.
  • Advance Payment: For orders worth BDT 2000 or above, or containing 5 or more products, a 10% advance payment is required.
  • Authenticity: We only sell our own products. No third-party products are sold or distributed elsewhere.
  • Privacy: Customer information is never shared with anyone except courier companies for delivery purposes.
  • Intellectual Property: Buying, selling, or promoting our products without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Pricing: AAZ reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Offer prices are valid only during the promotional period.
  • Product Verification: Customers must check product(s) and size (if applicable) at the time of delivery before payment. Once the delivery agent leaves, no complaints, changes, or returns will be accepted (except under special circumstances). For any issue, please contact us while the delivery agent is still present.
  • Exchange Policy: Products with valid issues can be exchanged within 72 hours. The exchange must be completed within this time. Exchanges can be done in person or via courier (courier charges apply). Product must be in stock, and offer prices do not apply for exchanges.
  • Return Policy: Customers may return products at their own expense (delivery charges apply). Advance delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
  • Courier Service: We usually deliver through Pathao.
  • Responsibility: Since delivery is managed by third-party companies, AAZ cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions. However, we will make every effort to resolve any issues.
